FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

The in-person rates are inclusive of full conference access, Gala and Awards Ceremony, airport transfers on designated days (see below), and conference materials.

The Conference tour on Sunday, July 5, is at a separate cost. Further details on the tour will be available later.

Online delegates will have access to all presentations via live-stream.

FEE PAYMENT DEADLINES

Please note that Special Early Bird and Early Bird payments not completed by the stipulated deadlines will default to the Regular rate. Where Regular registration payment is not completed by the stipulated deadline, the late registration rate will apply.

PRESENTERS

All presenters are required to pay full conference fees. Where there are multiple authors attending the Conference, individual registration and payment are required.

ONE-DAY ATTENDANCE

The daily conference rate permits full access to conference sessions on the registered day only. It includes lunch and coffee break. It is not inclusive of the Gala and Awards Ceremony or airport transfers.

ACHEA MEMBER REGISTRATION RATES

To be eligible for the membership rate, delegates must be current, paid-up members, with active subscription during the dates of the Conference. This information will be verified by the ACHEA Membership Officer.
