The selected Conference hotel is the Breezes Resort & Spa, an all-inclusive resort located on Cable Beach, West Bay Street, Nassau, The Bahamas.
The hotel is approximately 10 minutes from Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS).

Rates valid: June 30 – July 7, 2026 (two days pre and two days post conference).
The all-inclusive rate includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, beach grill, four bars, beach & pool volleyball, tennis courts, pickleball courts, jogging trail, a fully equipped 24-hour fitness centre, disco and piano bar, as well as hotel taxes and gratuities.
How to Book
Delegates must book using the official conference booking code/link that will be provided later.
A USD 200 deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due within 45 days.
All delegates must leave a USD 100 incidental deposit for telephone or spa services. This will be refunded at check-out if unused.
Bed type requests (King or Double) are welcomed but based on availability and confirmed at check-in.

Age Restriction
Children 12 years and older are allowed and are charged the same rate as adults.
